Helical piles transfer loads through a steel shaft and helix plates into suitable ground. Their suitability, layout and required capacity depend on the structure, site conditions and foundation design. They are not a one-size-fits-all substitute for every footing.
What we need to review your site
Send the pile or foundation plan, structural loads if available, project address and photos of the access route. Gate openings, slopes, overhead restrictions, existing services and nearby foundations help establish equipment access and installation scope.
Define the pile and connection scope
Pile quantity, specified system, installation requirements and connection brackets should be coordinated with the project design. Utility locating, obstructions, access preparation, installation records and any inspection requirements are assigned before work begins.
Recent helical pile work
Our Toronto installation provided foundation support for an addition and deck. In Pickle Lake, Ontario, our work on an Ontario Provincial Police project included helical piles, deck construction and concrete work. Photos from both projects are available in our project gallery.

Can piles support a deck or addition?
They may be suitable when selected and designed for the structure, loads and ground conditions. Send the plans for review.
Can you quote from a pile count alone?
A count helps, but access, specified capacities, pile details, connections and ground conditions are also needed to define the quote.
