Build around how you use your outdoor space
A family deck, sheltered seating area and enclosed cabana each have different requirements. Tell us the size, intended use and finish you want, along with the site conditions and any available drawings.
Define the work from the foundation up
The agreed scope can include framing, deck boards, stairs, posts and beams. Foundations, helical piles, railings, privacy screens and roof assemblies are identified individually. Electrical, plumbing, roofing and finish work are assigned to the appropriate scope.
Choose details before construction
Deck height, stair layout, railing requirements, roof loads and connections to the home affect the design. Product selections and delivery access also affect the estimate. Permit and design responsibilities are confirmed for the project.
